Should I Sell or Lease My Property?

When I’m deciding whether to sell a property or lease it, I look at more than just the potential rental income. I consider what it will cost to get the building ready, the cash flow I could earn while holding it, and what it might be worth when I eventually sell.
The right choice also depends on my goals and how involved I want to be as an owner. Taking time to compare the numbers can help me choose the path that makes the most sense for my investment.
