With so many resources online, why should I get in my car and drive for deals?
The reality is, although technology is super important, the information online is often months behind what is happening in real time.
When I drive my market, I’m looking for potential development sites, vacant buildings, and finding properties that aren’t in my database. I’ll also drive submarkets I don’t know as well. This allows me to be the resource that is boots on ground in the market to better serve clients.
