Properly marketing an available property is critical. This is why we send email blasts, mail flyers to prospective buyers and tenants, create marketing videos for listings and post the property on commercial real estate listing services.
Outbound Calls
In today’s market, it’s more important than ever to not just wait for the phone to ring. To ensure the property gets in front of the right people, we actively call prospective buyers and tenants for our listings. This includes companies that are looking in the area, who have shown interest in similar properties, and users in similar buildings that might be looking for more or less space.
